My hotel search
My sister has been working abroad for the last six years. I received a call from her last week and she told me that her contract will end this year. I was so glad to hear it because she’ll finally be back for good. I am planning for a welcome party for her. I am sure that it’s going to be fun especially that it would be during the holiday season. I have already contacted my favorite caterer and florist. There is a new built garden in downtown that is perfect for parties so I went there the other day for ocular visit and at the same time to check their availability. They are fully booked for the whole month of December but good thing that yesterday they called me up to inform that my preferred date is now available so I confirmed it right away. I am so thrilled because the place is really gorgeous and I’m sure that my sister would also love it. I am also looking for hotels. My mom thought that it would be great if we stay in a hotel for a few more days until the renovation of our house is completed. I found a lot of cheap hotels on the web but it’s hard to know which would be the right one. Good thing that I was redirected to a site that provides a user-friendly search engine. It was a great help because I was able to refine my search, thus, only my preferred hotels showed up in the search results. I found a hotel which is situated within walking distance of the famed nightlife yet located at a peaceful haven which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I already booked our reservations and now I am busy working on for the souvenirs and invitation. I am hoping that all my sisters’ friends would be able to come.

My son was assigned to Ukraine by his company for 5 years. It’s his second year now since he left our country and honestly it’s not easy for me. My son, whose an only child, never left us even after graduating from college. So we’re not really used to not having him around. I’ve been asking him to go home even for just a few weeks but he said he’s too busy.
